How We Win

We’ve officially filed our application to form a union! The next step in this process is the confidential vote, which will be facilitated by the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Typically, the vote happens within 5-7 days of filing, and it will take place online through a platform called Simply Voting.

Once we receive specific details from the Labour Board, we’ll post everything you need to know right here, including voting dates, instructions, and how to ensure your vote is counted.

To win, we need a simple majority—that means 50% + 1 of the votes cast. Every vote matters, and together we can secure a stronger, more fair workplace at Yowza!
